Position: Wendys Assistant Manager
About: Assists the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.
Requirements: One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Must be 18 years old or older.
