Position: Welcome Host
About: Reporting directly to the Boutique Director, the Welcome Host will assist clients throughout their boutique experience. Responsibilities include handling appointment inquiries, welcoming clients, and building comprehensive client profiles.
Requirements: Minimum 2+ years’ experience in hospitality reservation or a similar role; Previous experience using a CRM system; Good command of written and spoken English required; Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time-management skills; Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette; Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills; Basic knowledge of the watch industry is a plus
