About: The Welcome Center Concierge acts as the first point of contact, dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression. This role includes supporting the reception area, conference room operations, and building operations.
Requirements: Five years of customer service experience; strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently; exhibits good judgment, resourcefulness, flexibility, and attention to detail; maintains confidentiality; familiar with audiovisual technology or willing to learn; handles difficult situations and people diplomatically, consistently maintaining integrity.
