Position: Sushi Sous Chef
About: Wegmans Food Markets is a supermarket chain with over 100 stores across the United States. Their supermarkets also house dining facilities that serve freshly prepared meals.
Requirements: At least two years of experience as a Sous Chef; previous experience in food service profit and loss (P&L) management; at least five years of overall culinary experience and culinary degree preferred
