Position: Weekend Dietary Aid PRN

Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; 1 year experience in healthcare food services preferred; Food Handler’s permit preferred; knowledge of patient diets and safe food handling requirements and use of Nutritional Care Manual; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide; proficiency with general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and records management; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; ability to maintain quality, Infection Prevention, and safety standards; ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality; ability to work closely and professionally with others at all levels of the organization; effective organizational and time management skills; effective written and verbal communication skills
