Requirements: A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills; a minimum of 2-3 years of hotel wedding event sales/event planning or comparable experience preferred; proficiency in general computer knowledge; extremely detail-oriented, adaptable to change, organized, and able to handle wedding and event planning in a fast-paced environment; two years of hotel experience or completion of an Event Management trainee program preferred; training in wedding and event planning, selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills preferred.
