Position: WCP Concierge
About: Waltonwood is seeking Contingent Concierges for their Independent Living Community. Concierges play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service, administrative support, and ensuring the comfort and safety of residents. This position is part of the Administrative team and reports to the Business Office Manager, contributing to the social center of the community and forming strong bonds with residents and families through daily interaction and support.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum of 6 months of customer service and clerical experience preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications; knowledge of multiple phone line operations and proper phone etiquette; strong communication and organization skills
