Position: Waterfront & Economic Development Manager
About: The City of Redondo Beach is seeking a Waterfront Manager to oversee the revitalization and operation of the City-owned harbor area. The position involves strategizing land development, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the harbor’s economic and recreational offerings.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in planning, public administration, business administration, finance, engineering, real estate management, or related field; five years of experience in local, county, state, or federal government performing similar duties, including two years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in budget management, contract negotiation, and project supervision are required skills.
