Position: VP Regional Chief Operating Officer
About: Our Lady of the Lake Health is seeking an accomplished and dynamic leader to join our team as the Vice President, Regional Chief Operating Officer (VP, RCOO). This senior executive position is responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic initiatives and overseeing the operational management of regional operations in Ascension, Assumption, Livingston and North Baton Rouge, in addition to Mental and Behavioral Health.
Requirements: Master’s degree; 10 years relevant work experience in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field; results-driven individual with strategic focus, financial/business acumen, ability to synthesize and evaluate data, excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal/human relations skills, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, time management/prioritization skills, organizational skills, ability to flex and adjust quickly to business requirements
