Position: VP of Casino Operations (Paris LV)
About: Caesars Entertainment is seeking a VP of Casino Operations to oversee and direct the operations of various departments within the casino, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Requirements: College education or equivalent of 8-10 years of experience in Casino Operations including Gaming Operations and Slots is preferred; broad knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures affecting the casino industry; strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; exceptional leadership skills, business savvy, and strong analytical ability; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization; profit-oriented mindset and concern for strategic growth; sound business judgment and high personal motivation; experience in identifying and recommending solutions to business problems; excellent interpersonal skills and industry networking abilities.
