Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; a minimum of 15 years of marketing and general management experience, preferably in the food industry; strong understanding of consumer-driven brand building; experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams; excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results; entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving goals in a competitive market
