Requirements: 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience; strong coaching skills to provide effective feedback and team growth; organized and deadline-oriented with a focus on driving results; willingness to master every restaurant position before instructing others; ability to build relationships with guests and team members; humble attitude open to learning and growth within a dynamic restaurant group; experience in managing a large team; proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort in the kitchen with skills in ordering and inventory management
