Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-4 years of Restaurant Management experience, preferably in a high-volume casual or fine dining restaurant in a fast-paced environment; strong computer skills and knowledge of Aloha, Open Table, Excel, Word, and timekeeping software; good judgment and ability to make timely decisions; passion for service excellence and exceeding guests’ needs; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; reliability, dependability, and guest-focused; fluency in English; open flexibility to work various shifts
