Position: VIP Registration Agent – On Call
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated VIP Registration Agent to ensure exceptional experiences for VIP guests, coordinating exclusive amenities and providing warm welcomes. This role plays a critical part in delivering top-tier guest service and maintaining guest satisfaction at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Proven experience in a guest service or hospitality role, with VIP services experience preferred; Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently; Familiarity with hotel registration procedures and personalized VIP services; Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Must be at least 21 years of age; Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, holidays, and weekends; Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
