Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience; ability to work varied shifts with an open schedule; bilingual; one (1) year of experience in hospitality, Guest Services, Front Desk, or Concierge preferably in a luxury or VIP setting; experience with the software Opera; strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences to handle guest service recovery; high level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling guest requests, complaints, and financial transactions
