About: Well-established company specializing in the industrial and food production equipment sector is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the growth of its division, focusing on filtration and frying equipment. This strategic leadership role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to exceed company targets, mentoring the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships within the industry. The Vice President of Sales will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales and marketing alignment and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred; minimum of 10 years sales experience in industrial and food production equipment, including 5 years in a leadership role; deep understanding of filtration and frying equipment markets, strong leadership and communication skills, willingness to travel as needed; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
