Position: Vibee – Seasonal Concierge
About: Vibee is a global travel experience company, providing exclusive hotel & ticket packages to the best music festivals, concerts, and destinations worldwide. We connect global travelers & music fans to curated Vibee destination experiences, as well as events from our exclusive partners like Live Nation, Insomniac Events, C3 and more. Requirements: Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills; familiarity with ticketing systems and electronic scanning devices is advantageous; prior experience in a customer service, hospitality or brand ambassador role or credential role is preferred; able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs; capable of balancing multiple tasks at one time; able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations; works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks; remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time; outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for meeting new people; ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed.
