Position: Veterinary Receptionist
About: Deerfield Animal Care Center is a new state-of-the-art practice located on the outskirts of Downtown Chicago in Deerfield, Illinois, seeking a highly motivated and independent individual for a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess exceptional client service and communication skills, handle multiple phone lines, be computer literate, handle financial matters, multi-task efficiently, project a friendly attitude, and handle stressful situations confidently. 1+ years of Customer Service experience is required, and Animal Hospital experience is a plus.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of Customer Service experience; exceptional client service and communication skills; ability to handle multiple phone lines; computer literate; proficient in handling financial matters; strong multitasking abilities; friendly attitude; confidence in managing stressful situations
