About: Conagra Brands, a company with a rich heritage of making great food, is seeking a Utility Worker in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This role involves serving as a designated relief person for the production line, performing various duties including cleanup, rework of products, and operating equipment within the department. The Utility Worker must be able to cross-train in all job functions and fill in for absent staff members as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to read, write, and communicate in English; must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check; capable of operating various equipment within the work area; adaptable to substitute on the production line as necessary; follow safety procedures and company guidelines; maintain cleanliness in the work area; cross-train in all job functions within the department
