Position: (USA) Store Manager – Supercenter
About: Walmart is looking for a strategic and visionary leader to manage facility operations, merchandising, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, driving financial performance, community outreach, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of general management experience, including financial accountability, OR 4 years of general management experience with financial accountability; 4 years of experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination. Acknowledgement of required certifications for facilities that sell firearms or ammunition. Completion of all job-required trainings and assessments.
