About: As a Bakery Department Lead at Sam’s Club, you will drive sales in the Bakery department and supervise a team to ensure member satisfaction and operational success. You will be responsible for maintaining expertise in Bakery operations and collaborating with other team leaders to meet member expectations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months experience in a bakery production department or supervising a team; completion of required job trainings and assessments within specified timeframe; minimum age of 18 years
