Position: (USA) Bakery Lead
About: As a Bakery Department Lead at Sam’s Club, you will drive sales in the Bakery department, supervise the team of hourly associates to deliver exceptional service to members, and collaborate with other team leaders to meet member expectations. The role involves maintaining expertise in Bakery products, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety standards are met, and utilizing digital tools to enhance sales and associate engagement.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months experience in a bakery production department or supervising a team; must be 18 years of age or older
