Requirements: One to three years of experience in a comparable role; knowledge of sushi preparation techniques; familiarity with different types of fish and ingredients; ability to maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds as well as stand for long periods of time
