Position: Unassigned Store Manager
About: Tractor Supply Company is hiring for the position of Manager Trainee. The company aims to improve the quality of life for both its customers and employees. The Manager Trainee role involves learning the responsibilities of a Store Manager and developing the necessary skills for the position, including delivering exceptional customer service, team building, driving sales, managing inventory and profit, expense control, and shrink management.
Requirements: High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural-Science or Business related field preferred; Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred; Supervisory experience preferred; Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
