Requirements: High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience; one (1) year minimum of prior relevant experience as a concierge, front desk, or VIP agent in a hotel setting; ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; proficient computer skills; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; bilingual proficiency is an advantage asset for this role
