Position: Ultra Luxury Concierge – MGM Grand Mansion
About: MGM Resorts International, a place full of excitement, diversity, and entertainment, is seeking an enthusiastic Ultra Luxury Concierge to join their team in creating unique and show-stopping experiences for guests. The position aligns with Ultra-Luxury core service standards, AAA 5 Diamond standards, Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star standards, and brand attributes.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; one (1) year minimum of prior relevant experience as a concierge, front desk, or VIP agent in a hotel setting; two (2) years prior administrative/coordinator/concierge experience is a plus; ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; proficient computer skills; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; Forbes training and/or knowledge; bilingual proficiency is an advantage asset for this role
