Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience; Minimum of 1 year prior relevant experience as a concierge, front desk, or VIP agent in a hotel setting; Two years prior administrative/coordinator/concierge experience is a plus; Strong communication and organizational skills; Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; Proficient computer skills; Prior Forbes training and/or knowledge; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; Bilingual proficiency is an advantage asset for this role
