Position: Tucson Spectrum – Bartender
About: Harkins Theatres is seeking dedicated Bartenders to join their team and assist in the day-to-day operation of the theatre bar area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and delivering exceptional drink service for an ultimate moviegoing experience. Bartenders will uphold company policies, state/federal liquor laws, and monitor alcohol consumption while providing excellent customer service. Bilingual candidates with Spanish proficiency are encouraged to apply.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of alcohol service experience in a bar setting; Completion of the Responsible Vendor training course and Certification Exam with a passing score required; Must be at least 21 years of age; Working knowledge of state/local liquor laws; Excellent guest service skills; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Bilingual, Spanish a plus
