Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred; technical proficiency and experience in food preparation methods; ability to positively interact with diverse personalities; ability to develop staff through training, evaluation, motivation, coaching, and counseling; detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and prioritize in a changing environment; must be Serve Safe certified; excellent communication skills; flexible schedule including nights and weekends; ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects; good sense of taste and smell; able to supervise, coach, and train employees; must maintain high level of concentration and multitask.
