Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 5 years of high-end restaurant experience, particularly in NYC dining; proven experience in culinary leadership, team management, and food production; strong understanding of food trends, techniques, and industry best practices; expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control; strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with management
