Position: Trainer, Culinary
About: Aids in the execution, implementation, and sustainment of Universal Orlando culinary training initiatives. Provides culinary client support, coordinates and conducts training for hourly and non-exempt Team Members– to include safety related training programs, new menu roll outs, and seasonal events and initiatives. Responsible for facilitating related curriculum, operational evaluations and providing respective success measurements related to site culinary programs.
Requirements: Associate degree (AA) in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field is preferred; 1+ year of experience in the culinary field, with demonstrated knowledge of food safety and sanitation and training; Demonstrate training proficiency in teaching basic culinary skill and knowledge and competency in focus safety programs: Heavy Machinery (Balers, industrial mixers, slicers, etc.); Food Safety certification, Certified Professional Food Manager and AllerTrain preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Publisher)
