Requirements: High School Diploma required; ability to work under pressure and maintain composure; strong interpersonal skills; customer service skills; basic mathematics skills; flexible to work various shifts; excellent communication skills in English; basic computer skills; ability to handle multiple calls and radio communications; team-spirited individual; able to obtain AOA badge and customs sticker
