Requirements: Bachelors Degree and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in total rewards (ideally compensation), with a proven track record in a similar role; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights; High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks; Proactive and self-motivated individual who can take initiative, manage multiple requests, and drive results with a sense of urgency; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
