Requirements: 1-2 years of culinary experience; experience in a high-volume casual dining environment preferred; introductory level food knowledge; basic knife cutting skills; knowledge of dry and moist cooking methods; food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards; working knowledge of kitchen equipment; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; good communication and customer service skills; ability to lift and move 40 lbs; ability to stand for extended periods of time; able to work in a hot environment
