Position: Third Cook

Requirements: Requires 1-2 years of culinary experience; experience working in a high-volume casual dining restaurant environment preferred; introductory level food knowledge; basic knife cutting skills; familiarity with dry and moist cooking methods; food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards; working knowledge of kitchen equipment and handling basic food groups; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; good communication and customer service skills; physically able to lift, move 40 lbs, bend, twist, stand for extended periods, and work in varied environments.
