Position: Theater Kitchen Supervisor
About: A kitchen supervisor role overseeing daily culinary kitchen operations and back-of-house areas in a theater/restaurant setting, responsible for coordinating kitchen team members’ activities and ensuring a clean and safe work area.
Requirements: Culinary Arts or Culinary Certificate preferred; at least two years of experience in large, complex operations with a focus on food and beverage programs, hospitality, and brand management; ability to frequently stand, bend/kneel, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs; provide leadership to kitchen team members, cultivate strong interpersonal and communication skills, empower team members, and recruit candidates with diverse skills and styles.
