Position: The Worman House Restaurant – Executive Chef
About: Efficient and effective operation of the kitchens and food production outlets, ensuring operating costs are minimized while quality standards are maintained. Execution of all company policies and procedures, ensuring that all services provided achieve the established standards. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygienic practice throughout the kitchens within Osage, Arnie’s Barn, and Resort Golf Operations.
Requirements: 4-year culinary degree preferred; 5+ years’ Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef experience in multi-unit F&B operations; ability to organize and manage multiple priorities; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to perform as a strong leader
