Position: The Wildbirch Hotel – Director of Sales
About: The Wildbirch Hotel, located in Alaska, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the sales team in driving revenue growth and establishing the hotel as a top choice for business, events, and leisure stays in the picturesque Alaskan surroundings.
Requirements: A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience; 6+ years of experience in a top sales leader position in a hotel/hospitality environment of comparable scale; advanced knowledge of computer software and web analytics tools; expertise in sales and marketing leadership for upscale or boutique/luxury properties; knowledge of travel trade industry, group markets, and leisure segment; excellent customer service and sales skills; ability to work under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera; strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
