Position: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Located inside The Lodge, The Grill embraces the nostalgia of cooking over an open fire where guests can savor the smoky flavors of incredible dishes.

Requirements: Two-year associate’s degree, trade school degree, professional certification or equivalent; minimum of two years experience in hospitality and/or customer service; responsible beverage service (RBS) certification; able to attain a valid San Diego County food handler certification
