About: The Georgian Hotel, an iconic and historic hotel located in Santa Monica, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to ensure attentive, friendly, and efficient service in all F&B outlets, room service, lounge, and banquets. The hotel offers 84 guest rooms, including 14 ocean-facing suites, with stunning views of Santa Monica beaches and sunsets. The Georgian Hotel is centrally located on Ocean Ave, near popular attractions like the Santa Monica Pier, Malibu surf, and Venice shopping districts, making it an ideal retreat for guests to explore SoCal’s offerings.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; minimum of 5 years experience in F&B management; proven track record of exceeding sales revenue targets; strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to work with discretion and independent judgment
