Requirements: Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef; hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients; knowledge of a wide range of recipes; familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations; flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
