Position: TGI Friday’s – Assistant General Manager
About: TGI Fridays is seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist in leading restaurant managers and team members in providing an excellent guest experience, increasing guest counts, sales, and MOP growth. The role involves ensuring alignment with the company’s Credo and Guiding Principles, upholding TGI Fridays’ standards, and developing team members.
Requirements: 4-year college degree preferred; minimum of 2 years of experience in Restaurant Management with knowledge of TGI Fridays’ recipes, policies, and standards; ability to perform all functions and meet qualification standards for hourly positions; familiarity with P.O.S. system and back-office management
