Position: Territory Sales Manager – South Charlotte
About: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Foster the customer relationship in a team-based selling model; manage deliveries to the routing schedule; troubleshoot order process issues; communicate and collect accounts receivable; leverage resources for new business; stay informed about market conditions and competitors; drive to customers; WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fieldwork in varying weather conditions; MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ year sales experience preferred; foodservice industry experience preferred; strong communication and presentation skills; ability to develop new business; exceptional customer service skills; results-driven mindset; problem-solving and negotiation skills; collaborative mentality; proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; EDUCATION: HS Diploma or equivalent; LICENSES: Valid driver’s license with good motor vehicle record; COMPENSATION: Base rate between $53,800 – $80,750 with commissions and benefits including health insurance, retirement, PTO, disability, life insurance, and more.
Requirements: 1+ year of sales experience preferred; foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; competitive spirit and results-driven mentality; problem-solving ability, organization, and negotiation skills; team-player mentality; proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office products; experience using CRM tools preferred
