Position: Territory Manager – South Bay, San Jose
About: The company is a foodservice industry supplier that fosters customer relationships in a team-based selling model, manages deliveries, communicates with accounts receivable, and leverages resources for business opportunities. This role involves developing new business by identifying prospective customers and staying informed about market conditions and competitors. The position requires frequent fieldwork and customer visits in varied weather conditions.
Requirements: 1+ year of sales experience preferred; foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred; bilingual Spanish preferred; excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities; ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; competitive spirit and results-driven mentality; problem-solving ability, organization, and negotiation skills; team player with a collaborative mindset; proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office products – Experience using Customer relationship management tools preferred (i.e., Salesforce); HS Diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license required
