Position: Territory Manager – Sante Fe
About: The company is seeking a Sales Representative to foster customer relationships, manage deliveries, communicate accounts receivable, and drive business growth through new account development and market knowledge. The role involves working both internally with various departments and externally with customers and vendors. The work environment is field-based, requiring visits to customers in variable weather conditions. Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience and strong communication skills, with a preference for foodservice or hospitality industry experience. Proficiency in building relationships, cold calling, and problem-solving is essential, along with computer skills and the ability to drive, as a valid driver’s license is required. This position focuses on developing new business opportunities and requires physical activities like standing, walking, driving, and lifting/carrying up to 75lbs as part of the job responsibilities.
Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of sales experience preferred; Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business; Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality; Problem-solving ability, organization, and negotiation skills; Team player with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders; Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office products; Experience using Customer relationship management tools preferred (i.e., Salesforce)
