Position: Teppan Chef
About: Benihana is seeking a passionate and skilled Teppanyaki Chef to provide a captivating dining experience for guests. This role involves cooking and preparing hot meals on hibachi tables directly in front of guests, ensuring food portions are cooked correctly, and maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment. The Teppanyaki Chef will engage with guests, perform cooking shows, and uphold Benihana’s service and cooking procedures, creating a memorable dining experience for all patrons.
Requirements: Must have a High School diploma or GED; Must be able to successfully pass Benihana chef training program; Previous experience as a chef or cook highly desirable
