Position: Temporary Sous Chef
About: Kings Reserve is seeking a Temporary Sous Chef for a temporary position that assists in the oversight of daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality food products and may involve supervising other staff positions. This role may also perform the duties of the Director of Dining Services when needed.
Requirements: Must be able to work overtime and available every day, including weekends until 12/1; our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills; must have one to two years of full-time related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of culinary education and experience; SERV-SAFE Certified or equivalent; must obtain/hold any required local, state, and/or county food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates.
