Requirements: Two+ years of post high school education, culinary education is desirable; Five+ years of employment in a related position; Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; Knowledge of hotel operations, leadership skills, effective communication, ability to work under time constraints; Pay Range: $75K-$80K
