Position: Temp Receptionist & Hospitality Coordinator

About: Our client, a global premium spirits and liquor brand, is seeking a temporary Receptionist & Hospitality Coordinator to join their team onsite in NYC. This is a temporary role that will continue based on performance and the needs of the business.

Requirements: 2+ years in office management, event coordination, or hospitality roles; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; 1+ years in bars, restaurants, or similar hospitality environments; Experience managing logistics for office events and employee engagement activities; Ability to manage vendor and service provider relationships; Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities; Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Conversational Spanish or Italian is a plus; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams); Familiarity with facilities-related IT systems and mail and packaging software a plus
