About: Childhood Cancer Society is seeking a tech-savvy individual to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to advance our mission of supporting families with pediatric cancer emotionally and financially, while also fundraising for safer and more effective treatments. The role involves advising on innovative technologies like the AI-powered Adventure Ted plush companion and utilizing AI for modeling interactions for safer treatments. Additionally, there will be opportunities to explore blockchain technology for amplifying impact through the Adventure Ted Coin project and providing guidance to the accelerator manager and cohorts. Attendance at technology department meetings is also expected to provide feedback and solutions on technological issues.
Requirements: Background or expertise in technology with a preference for AI, blockchain, or related field experienced candidates; Passion for using technology to solve real-world problems, particularly those improving the lives of families battling pediatric cancer
